After a quick 3 mile walk, ran home and showered to meet up with my friends and our token male friend's parents to eat tacos. YUM! Fried portobello mushroom taco and a fried avocado taco. Yum yum. Who doesn't like avocado? Seriously though, adding avocado to any dish makes it 10x better... raw tuna, salads, eggs.. Luckily, my parents now have an avocado tree!
Ice instant coffee with hazelnut at home. Nice for hot weather.
Dinnertime: egg scramble with tomatoes, pepper, and onion. This is the first time I've ever cooked eggs! Hard to believe, but I didn't find the texture of eggs appealing when I was young. I'm still not sold on runny or sunny side up eggs.
1st snack: plain yogurt, ground flaxseed, toasted coconut, and strawberries. Don't forget the honey!
2nd snack: Couldn't help myself. Corn tortillas, cut in pieces, drizzled with olive oil, and sprinkled with furikake. Made with leftover corn tortillas I tossed in the freezer a while ago.
Overall, a delicious day!
